I’m happy to serve as a Director on this dynamic team of the Akron Chamber of Commerce! I love the direction the Chamber is going…there are so many opportunities for any member of the community to get involved, and what a lovely setting we have in this Village!

My husband, Tom, and I are originally from the City of Tonawanda. In 1997 we chose the Clarence/Akron area to raise our children. I have been part of the Home Education community since 1988, I have been educating for 35 years, and am still teaching!

When we lived in Clarence Hollow, I was active in the Clarence Hollow Merchants Association.

Hospitality has always been a huge part of our lives, whether in our own home, hosting guests from all over the world, and now hosting guests in carefully crafted homes and apartments within the community - Best Nests of Akron! We have houses and apartments to suit different needs. Pet friendly available too!

I love meeting new people and helping them when they are visiting Akron, whether for the first time or returning to visit loved ones (Akron Alumni are my favorite guests!)

Akron is a special village with so much to offer its residents, merchants and visitors! The charm and quaint atmosphere are so appealing – and the events held for the community are something to be proud of!
